We ship US Priority Mail for domestic destinations, and Air Mail to
Canada.

All orders UNDER $35.00 are charged
$5.95 in shipping.

All orders OVER $35.00, are charged
$3.99 in shipping. This is NOT $5.95 AND $3.99. If your
order exceeds $35.00 you are charged $3.99 in shipping, which covers
your shipping cost s up to $7.00.

Shipping costs are defined as all costs necessary to get your package to
you safely. This INCLUDES Delivery confirmation and/or insurance if necessary
for your package. Packages receive delivery confirmation and/or
insurance at our discretion.

Packages which exceed $7.00 in shipping charges - will be charged the difference between $7.00 and what the actual
shipping of the package was. (For example if your package costs $9.50 to
ship, we would charge you an additional $2.50 to cover the extra shipping
costs.) This is a
separate transaction
from your actual order and is charged to your credit card. Orders paid via Pay Pal that exceed the shipping allotment will be asked to email the money before the order is shipped. If you are paying by check and have ordered more than 70 sheets of cardstock or more than 3 punches, we recommend you email us to discuss shipping charges before sending us your check. The VAST MAJORITY of our orders are not be charged the added expense.

Each order is processed and usually sent within 48 hours.
Items that are temporarily out of stock will be refunded.
If a product is out of stock and we are expecting our delivery of that
product within a few days of your order being placed, we will HOLD
your order until our shipment arrives in order to ship your order
"complete."
